Yes. The spa at Hotel Esplanada is open to walk-in visitors as well as hotel guests. Treatments are by appointment — call the spa on +670 7836 0615 or ask at the front desk.
Full-body massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage, foot and back massage, and traditional Timorese wellness rituals, plus facials and beauty treatments. Sessions are usually 60 or 90 minutes.
Treatments are by appointment, so booking ahead is recommended — particularly in the evenings and at weekends. Same-day appointments are often available; ask the front desk.
Inside Hotel Esplanada at 61 Avenida da Portugal, Pantai Kelapa (Beach Road), Dili — on the waterfront, about 3 km and 10–15 minutes by car from Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport. Free on-site parking.
Yoga is free for hotel guests. Sessions run in the garden by the pool from around 6am on most weekdays, led by instructors from Dili Ashtanga Yoga, subject to instructor availability. Ask reception for the current schedule.
